Opening Hours

Our support staff is online between Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm (GMT+8) , and they will answer your ticket in the order that it comes in. All tickets are usually taken care of within 24 business hours unless your ticket is submitted during a holiday or on a weekend.

Please be VERY specific when submitting your requests. By doing this, we will know exactly what your questions are in reference to.
